We currently accept payment via Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal. Three forms of accelerated checkout are also available, these include Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
All orders are charged in AUD (Australian Dollar) during checkout.
Discount codes are not valid on already reduced items and during sale periods.

Surfolk is happy to offer complimentary shipping costs for AU orders over $79.00 AUD. If your shopping cart total is over this amount, the cost of shippping will be calculated for you upon checkout.
Your Order
Look, it happens sometimes... If you've entered in the wrong address then fill out the contact form as soon as possible and let us know your correct address. If you let us know prior to your order being dispatched, then there's no need to return your order or purchase another item.
As much as we would love to help, once your order has been placed, it becomes difficult to cancel or make any changes. Please make sure you choose your item carefully placing an order, as we do not offer enchanges purely due to a change in mind after checkout.

If you have submitted your order at checkout and forgot to add your discount code, unfortunately we are unable to rectify this and your order will be processed according to your cart prior to submission.
