Once your order is placed, it begins processing right away. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible — while we’ll do our best, we can’t guarantee adjustments once the order is in fulfilment.

If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you to arrange either a full refund or an alternative item of equal value. This is uncommon but can occur during high-demand events.
